Job Scope & Purpose:
Are you a Bioinformatician with the ability to develop various sequencing assays RNA/DNA/NGS and analyze data from these studies? If so, you should take notice of this unique opportunity in rare disease. Your work will include growing and leading a team focused on DNA sequencing and resulting data analysis as required for ongoing projects in gene-editing and stem cell model development, single-cell RNA SEQ, ribosome profiling experiments, as well as occasional whole genome sequencing. Are you experienced with setting up an informatics lab infrastructure with both hardware and software capabilities? Well, this role will also require you to build up our client's capabilities and make suggestions on best data analysis and data storage options. You also will be relied upon to develop novel tools for use in analysis of sequencing and a variety of other research to clinical stage data. If you can collaboratively build this effort then contact Chris Clancy and our team today to learn more.
