Science/ Focus: Gene Therapy
Job Overview: This critical process development Scientist will focus on developing scalable processes to purify chemically synthesized oligonucleotides.
Responsibilities:
- Create innovative robust, scalable, and efficient purification methods and processes
- Collaborate on process tech transfer with internal and external manufacturing teams
- Contribute to regulatory filings through authorship of technical reports and Module 3 sections
Requirements:
- PhD in Chemistry or a related area with 1+ years relevant industrial experience or MS with 5+ years, or B.S. with 7+ years
- Technical expertise in filtration and chromatography separation (RP, HIC, IEX, affinity)
- Extensive knowledge of oligonucleotide process analytics
- Experience executing process development activities for IND-enabling
