Science/ Focus: Cell Therapy

Job Overview::

Establish, optimize, qualify and release methods for scalable, robust, and reproducible characterization and analytical testing contributing to cell therapy products.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cells analytics including, but not limited to, cell count & viability, flow cytometry, and qPCR/ddPCR
• Oversee and coordinate external testing activities and provide guidance of data analysis
• Assist in the development of a bioanalytical strategy to support cell-based product development
• Author development reports, SOPs, and provide technical support for regulatory documents
• Provide training and mentorship for junior team members

Requirements:

• PhD with 3+ years of relevant industry experience or equivalent
• Strong hands on experience with molecular and cell-based analytics including flow cytometry, qPCR/ddPCR, and NGS
• Previous exposure to managing project timelines and mentoring junior team members
• Experience in the successful development and tech transfer of qualified methods to a GMP environment is highly desired
• Familiar with DoE software is ideal
