Job Overview:   In this role, you will conduct experiments, analyze data, and maintain accurate documentation. A strong understanding of HTS and Cell Biology Techniques is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cell culture for plate-based screening, encompassing drug-treatment and viability evaluation.
  • Collaborate in the establishment and upkeep of mammalian cell lines utilized in cell-based assays.
  • Evaluate, interpret, and effectively communicate data findings to colleagues within the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field.
  • Prior experience in conducting mammalian cell culture and developing cell-based assays.
  • Experience with molecular cloning and plasmid design.
  • Proficiency in multiple laboratory techniques, including western blots, immunofluorescence, qPCR, and luciferase assays.
