Scientist- Analytical Development (Oligos) 1373793

Location:  Greater Boston, MA (Hybrid/Onsite)
Science: Advanced Biologic therapy

Job Overview:  This scientist will work closely with the discovery, process development and formulation teams to develop and qualify analytical methods on oligo therapeutics in clinical development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and perform analytical methods for needed for release, stability, product characterization, and raw material testing.
• Maintain and troubleshoot analytical instrumentation and methods
• Author and review analytical test methods, SOP’s and technical reports related to API and drug product.

Qualifications:

• BS/ MS or PhD with applicable experience at the Scientist level
• Strong hands on experience in HPLC/UPLC/SEC/IEX/LC-MS instrumentation and wet chemistry techniques including particle size measurement
• Experienced with applicable ICH regulations for method development and method transfers
• Any exposure to oligonucleotides and or injectable drug formulation is preferred
