Job Overview: This is a dynamic role within the Analytical Development team, involving sample testing, assay development, troubleshooting, and method optimization, with a focus on supporting vector production and process development.
Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Apply various techniques from cellular and molecular biology to analyze platforms using a diverse array of analytical methods.
  • Carry out laboratory tasks to facilitate cell culture and perform cell-based experiments in support of research objectives.
  • Utilize PCR-based methods for sample testing purposes and contribute to the development, optimization, and troubleshooting of assays, with emphasis on literature research for assay pre-qualification.
Primary Job Requirements:
  • Masters degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, or a related field with 1-2 years of post-graduate experience, or Bachelors degree with 3-4 years of post-graduate experience
  • Experience in basic cell culture techniques, transfection, and/or transduction.
  • Familiarity with techniques such as ELISA, qPCR, dPCR, ddPCR, and automation platforms.
  • Proficient in analyzing complex datasets using software like GraphPad Prism, JMP, or similar.
