Job Overview: We are seeking a Research Associate/Senior Research Associate to develop a platform for non-viral drug delivery in a fast-paced startup environment.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Oversee clonal host cell line development, handling everything from single-cell cloning to cell banking under the CLD team leader.

  • Collaborate with research groups to enhance the DLVR-M stable producer cell line platform.

  • Work with the automation team to streamline the cell line development process and assist with tasks such as plasmid optimization and documentation.

Primary Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in a related scientific field with 1-5 years of mammalian cell culture experience and strong math skills.

  • Must have organized work habits, basic molecular biology knowledge, and a strong desire to learn new technologies.

  • Flow cytometry experience

  • Critical thinking, exceptional communication abilities, and teamwork are crucial;
