Job Focus: As a senior leader and department head, the Sr. Director, AI & Machine Learning will influence strategy and vision with other leaders going forward. This individual will be instrumental in building out and leading our AI & Machine Learning team. Focused on providing insight and impact creating algorithms for AI systems in the medicinal chemistry & chemoproteomics area, the successful candidate will have an opportunity to significantly shape the next evolution of our platform.
Qualifications:
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Computational Sciences
- Minimum of 6 years of biotech industry experience
- Direct experience delivering AI/ML powered solutions and being a team leader
- Expertise with scripting/programming and analytics languages
- Experience with cheminformatics and medicinal chemistry
