Inspection Administrative Coordinator 1272436
Job Scope & Purpose:
Our Cambridge based biotech client is seeking an administrative assistant to join their Quality Systems team! Reporting to the Senior Director, Quality Systems and Inspection Management, you will be responsible for providing inspection prep support and planning logistics for inspection readiness activities including mock inspections, assessments, workshops and regulatory agency inspections. Coordinating activities for prep meetings and event scheduling, and other administrative activities to support inspection readiness program including support to project management. Collaborating with teams to ensure inspection logistics needs are identified and addressed. You will also be responsible for supporting the GxP audit program through coordination of internal audit logistics and other tasks for the quality system department, as needed. This role can be remote, with the exception of some potential onsite inspection related activities, and is set to be at least 6 months.
