Job Overview: The Manager, Medical Writing is a newly created role, reporting into the Associate Director, Medical Writing and will play an integral role in supporting the clinical project teams. Applicants should have strong clinical medical writing experience coupled with some experience within Oncology. The company is based in Greater Boston and will require monthly office visits.
Responsibilities:
- Lead writing efforts on a variety of clinical documents, including clinical protocols, clinical study reports, investigator’s brochures, and other regulatory submissions documents.
- Work cross functional with internal and external partners to produce high-quality, scientifically accurate documents.
- Plan, coordinate and manage timelines to ensure completion of clinical writing projects on schedule.
Qualifications:
- BS in scientific or medical discipline
- Advanced degree preferred.
- 2+ years medical writing experience in pharmaceutical or biotech
- 1+ years of Oncology medical writing experience
- Experience with RNA-based therapeutics is a plus
