Job Overview: The research associate will help the analytical development team build out cell therapy programs for patients in need by contributing to the design of assay development experiments.
Responsibilities:
- Execute assay development experiments utilizing various analytical techniques such as flow cytometry, qPCR/ddPCR, ELISA, western blot, tumor killing, and high content imaging.
- Culture and maintain primary cells (iPSC, NK, T cells, etc.) and tumor lines.
- Collaborate effectively across both research and process development teams for phase-appropriate analytical support at required timelines
- Write and review method instructions and maintain organized electronic records of work.
Qualifications:
- BS in Biochemistry, Biology, Engineering or other relevant science with 0-3 years of experience.
- Hands-on experience with flow cytometry, qPCR/ddPCR, ELISA, and western blots.
- Familiarity with cell culture and cell-based assay execution.
- Understanding of analytical CMC concepts such as qualification, validation, and tech transfer is preferred
