Location: Cambridge MA (Onsite)
Science/ Focus: mRNA
Therapeutic Area: Oncology
Job Overview: Seeking a motivated RA/ Sr. RA to contribute towards developing mRNA platform for therapeutic applications.
Responsibilities:
- Characterization and synthesis of LNPs
- Culturing of mammalian and primary cell lines
- Analysis using Ribogreen, LC/MS, HPLC, DLS etc.
- Routinely perform transfections, cell culture, flow cytometry and fluorescence experiments
Qualifications:
- BS/MS in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or related field
- 2+ years of industry/academic experience in relevant fields
- Manufacturing of LNP’s using NanoAssemblr or inline mixing
- Sterile tissue and cell culture experience
- Experience with plate-based assays (Ribogreen/TNS)
- Analytical techniques such as LC/MS, HPLC etc are a plus
