Job Scope & Purpose:
We have been retained to secure a talented MD, MD/PhD oncologist to join an exciting, high profile, early-stage Boston biotech and lead the clinical development efforts while growing this talented team. The Vice President of Clinical Development will advance our client’s robust clinical pipeline from IND to proof of concept to registration.
Specifically, they will lead development of the clinical strategy, clinical trial design and execution. They will work closely with clinical project management, regulatory affairs, clinical operations, biostatistics, data management and medical writing to advance one or more clinical programs. This physican scientist will play a key leadership role, as our client continues to evolve into a clinical stage biotech, and will provide clinical leadership to a Clinical Scientist and R&D teams as they advance additional product candidates into the clinic. This position will report to the Chief Medical Officer.
