Chad is a member of Stratacuity’s permanent placement team focused on the Clinical and Regulatory side of the business. He brings with him over 12 years of years of experience in recruiting and staffing and has an industry edge on leading full-cycle recruiting activities including research, pre-qualification, candidate development, offer presentation, and negotiation. He consistently achieves results through his commitment, mutual trust, and passion for his work. He believes this is an amazing time for Biotech and is very excited to see what the future holds.

Chad grew up and now resides in Kennebunk, ME with his wife, three children and their dog “Rangeley”. After earning his B.S. degree from Bentley University he spent time living in Denver, Atlanta, Chicago and Boston before settling back home in Southern Maine. Chad is very involved in his community and spends a great deal of time coaching his kids’ soccer, baseball and basketball teams. He loves the outdoors and is a “little crazy” about his Boston sports teams!
