Job Overview: The Sales Director will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our clients commercial strategy, driving client engagement, enhancing customer relationships, and guiding a sales team as the market expands for their products and services.
Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for both U.S. and international markets to drive revenue growth.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for further engagement and increased value.
  • Monitor the protein synthesis market for emerging trends, competition, and external partnership opportunities, providing market analysis to help expand commercial opportunities.
Primary Job Requirements:
  • BS/MS in a relevant scientific discipline required, with an advanced degree and/or MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of business development and commercial experience in the biotech/pharma industry.
  • Strong scientific and regulatory understanding of pharmaceutical product development.
