Job Overview:  Seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated Associate to join our fast-paced Compound Management Group and work on delivering high-quality compound submission, processing, and request fulfillment efficiently and accurately.
Primary Job Responsibilities:

  1. Efficiently coordinate the timely shipment of compounds to and from CROs, partners, and collaborators in accordance with strict weekly schedules.
  2. Provide first-tier troubleshooting support under supervision to address any operational issues promptly.
  3. Ensure the daily organization and maintenance of the compound management workspace and contribute to compound archive reformatting and replenishment projects.
Primary Job Requirements:
  1. Bachelors degree in Science with at least 2+ years of industry lab experience and 1 year of Compound Management experience.
  2. Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
  3. Ability to multitask, efficiently deliver high-quality and accurate work, and prioritize workload effectively.
  4. Self-motivated, reliable, and highly organized with excellent communication skills.
