Job Overview: This job involves inspecting equipment and performing preventative maintenance while keeping thorough documentation.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Conducts boiler attendant duties, including blow down procedures and performance checks, and ensures compliance documentation is completed.
• Troubleshoots and diagnoses malfunctions in HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems, making necessary repairs to restore equipment functionality.
• Skilled in adjusting, repairing, and reassembling complex equipment and machinery, collaborating with senior technicians to develop solutions for problem conditions.

Primary Requirements

• Requires a High School diploma or equivalent along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities or maintenance technician role.
• Skilled in performing moderate complex repairs, adjustments, and modifications on plant equipment and systems, as well as identifying and recommending efficiency and reliability improvements.
• Capable of training other technicians in troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing industrial machinery and systems, with a strong knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
