Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Research Associate to join the Lipid Nanoparticle (LNP) Formulations team, contributing to the development of next-generation in vivo and ex vivo therapeutics.
Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Formulate Lipid Nanoparticles for gene editing
• Screen and evaluate various lipids and formulation methods to identify the optimal combination for effective gene delivery
• Perform and develop comprehensive lipid nanoparticle analysis using techniques such as DLS, Ribogreen assay, and HPLC to assess their quality and functionality

• Bachelors degree (1-3 yrs. experience) or Masters degree (0-2 yrs. experience) in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering, or related scientific discipline
• Experience using gene-editing tools
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
