Job Overview:  The Senior Research Associate will conduct scientific work on innovative therapies, analyze data, and collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute experiments, analyze data, and effectively communicate findings in internal meetings
  • Perform a range of immunological assays, including multi-color flow cytometry, ELISA, functional assays, and cell-based reporter assays
  • Contribute to assay design, optimization, troubleshooting, and assist in the isolation and cryogenic storage of cell populations from human blood products, while maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring lab safety and functionality
Primary Job Requirements:
  • BS/MS degree in a biological science or equivalent, with at least 3-5 years of research experience in immunology, preferably in an industry setting
  • Strong experience in using and troubleshooting standard immunological assays such as ELISA and immunostaining for flow cytometry, with familiarity in designing flow cytometry panels and isolating immune cell populations using immuno-magnetic beads
  • Expertise in aseptic cell culture technique is essential, and previous experience using Benchling as an electronic lab notebook platform
