Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced scientist at a senior/principal level to strengthen our clients experimental capabilities and collaborate closely with their team in order to progress their assay development goals.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Utilize expertise in cell-based assay development, lipid metabolism, and neuroimmunology
  • Coordinate and oversee the research efforts of Research Associates and other scientists
  • Effectively communicate scientific findings through various channels, demonstrating strong written and verbal skills, and take responsibility for designing, executing, and generating reports for cell-based assay qualification plans and drafting SOP documents for cell and molecular assays
Primary Job Requirements:
  • PhD-level scientist, ideally with a publication background in lipid metabolism, neurobiology, neuroinflammation, and/or cardiovascular-related immunology
  • Strong background in cellular and molecular biology methodologies expected
  • Previous experience in cell-based assay development and qualification for small molecule screening required, with preference for experience using immortalized cell models of glia and/or macrophages
  • Experience in drafting, editing, and QC process for formal data reporting is an ideal skill set
