Associate Director/Sr. Manager Biostatistician

Job Overview: The Senior Manager/Associate Director, Biostatistics will lead statistical analyses for early development of clinical trials, support investigators and researchers on experimental design, and collaborate closely with internal teams while reporting to the Head of Biometrics.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Lead biostatistician for Clinical Operations and Development, overseeing clinical study biostatistics deliverables
- Analyze and interpret data using standard statistical software for clinical trial patient data
- Develop statistical sections of protocols and analysis plans and contribute to preparation of clinical trial documents
- Make recommendations on study design and methodology, ensuring compliance with statistical guidelines and providing ongoing data reporting
- Ph.D. in statistics with a min of 2 years industry experience as a biostatistician or a Masters degree in a relevant statistics field with 4 years industry exp
- Proficient in advanced statistical techniques for analyzing and summarizing clinical and scientific data, as well as preparing graphical displays
- Sound understanding of scientific methodologies and statistical research principles
- Familiarity with data management principles, regulatory requirements, and relevant guidelines for clinical trials and medical research
