Job Overview: This team member will be responsible for analyzing and designing competitive compensation programs, driving employee engagement, and ensuring the overall success of our clients workforce.
Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day compensation activities, including ad-hoc analysis, market data requests, and off-cycle pay adjustments/promotions.
  • Develop and create compensation tools, dashboards, and insights to support stakeholders in making data-driven decisions and people analytics insights.
  • Assist the Director of Compensation, Mobility, and People Analytics in preparing for annual and mid-year compensation cycles, including Oracle platform management, communication, and budget management.
  • Participate in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive compensation information, benchmark jobs against survey data and market intelligence.
Primary Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of a bachelors degree and at least 3 years of experience in Total Rewards.
  • Preferred qualifications: 4-6+ years of experience in compensation analysis, preferably in the biotechnology industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and prior experience using Payfactors.
  • Experience with international compensation is desired, along with knowledge of relevant government rules and regulations, such as ERISA, FLSA, and other labor and tax laws to ensure compliance and reporting requirements are met.
