Job Overview: In this role, you will spearhead small-molecule programs and lead cross-functional teams towards successful clinical trials.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple partnerships and programs, building processes to enhance team and organizational performance.
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams to develop cohesive drug development strategies.
- Support cross-functional teams in defining detailed product profiles and development timelines.
- Drive consensus and implement strategic decisions across the organization.
- Streamline team interactions, ensuring effective tracking and management of milestones and budgets.
- Strengthen internal collaborations, serving as a key contact for strategy and communication within program teams.
Primary Job Requirements:
- Hold a life sciences degree; advanced degrees or Ph.D./MBA preferred.
- Minimum eight years’ industry experience, with at least five in drug development project management.
- Deep understanding of drug development phases, GxP regulations, and IND submissions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Proficient in MS Office and project management tools, with excellent communication and detail orientation.
