Job Overview: In this role, you will manage and secure HRIS operations, ensuring data integrity and compliance, processing data updates, supporting HR functions like payroll and benefits, troubleshooting system issues, enhancing process efficiency, and collaborating on new implementations and vendor resolutions.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure HRIS compliance, data security, and accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot issues and support HR processes like onboarding and payroll.
  • Conduct audits and prepare reports to ensure data integrity.
  • Assist with system improvements, testing, and vendor resolutions.
  • Manage notifications, shared mailbox, and contribute to HRIS projects.

Primary Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in HR or Business; HCM experience (SAP SuccessFactors preferred).
  • 3+ years in HRIS roles; strong ethics and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in HR software, MS Office, and problem-solving with attention to detail.
  • Skilled in multitasking and organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
