Job Overview: In this role, you will manage global clinical trial activities, focusing on start-up, CRO/vendor oversight, and stakeholder coordination, contributing to innovative healthcare solutions in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of global clinical trials across essential functional areas.
• Handle site selection, including feasibility, startup, monitoring, and management.
• Serve as the primary contact for all internal and external clinical trial stakeholders.
• Oversee clinical trial budgets, invoice approvals, and financial forecasting.
• Conduct training sessions and investigator meetings for site personnel.
• Develop and implement key clinical trial documents like protocols and reports.
• Manage regulatory submissions and ensure compliance with global standards.
• Implement risk management strategies and maintain trial quality and compliance.

Primary Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Life Sciences and 8+ years of trial management experience in pharma, biotech, or CROs.
• Experienced in global trial execution with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Skilled in managing CROs/vendors while maintaining timelines and budgets.
• Effective communicator, fostering collaboration and project success.
