Job Overview: In this role, you will utilize your expertise in cellular and molecular biology as part of the In Vitro Pharmacology Group, focusing on assessing oligonucleotides for therapeutic applications and conducting biochemical or cellular assays.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Execute in vitro assays with disease-specific models to evaluate oligonucleotide therapies.
• Cultivate routine and iPSC-derived neuronal cultures for oligonucleotide analysis.
• Utilize techniques like RT-PCR, qPCR, and ELISA to support research and project needs.
• Analyze data, maintain detailed records, and present findings in scientific forums..

Primary Job Requirements:

• MS with 2+ years or BS with 10+ years in cell biology, experienced in cell culture and iPSC differentiation to CNS neurons.
• Skilled in molecular biology, RNA techniques, cell-based assays, and protein detection.
• Strong in organization and record-keeping, proficient in ELN, with excellent communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, collaborative, and time management abilities for effective project prioritization.About Stratacuity:
