Bioanalytical Assay Manager 2081271

Location: Natick, MA (Onsite)

Therapeutic Area: Rare Disease

Job Overview: In this role, you will lead bioanalytical assay development and external partner coordination for large molecule therapeutics, managing clinical sample testing, data integrity, and cross-functional reporting to support drug discovery programs

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee CROs for compliant bioanalytical assay development and data delivery
• Perform in-lab method development and reagent testing to support assay validation
• Act as main contact for external labs, managing selection, audits, and performance
• Analyze complex assay results and guide resolution of data issues

Primary Job Requirements:

• BS in biological sciences or related field with solid lab experience
• Experience with PK, PD, and Immunogenicity assays
• Skilled in assay development, reagent testing, and data analysis
• Experienced in managing CROs and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Proficient in lab documentation and cross-functional collaboration
• Organized, safety-focused, and adaptable in fast-paced settings
