Job Overview: In this role, you will lead bioanalytical assay development and external partner coordination for large molecule therapeutics, managing clinical sample testing, data integrity, and cross-functional reporting to support drug discovery programs
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee CROs for compliant bioanalytical assay development and data delivery
- Perform in-lab method development and reagent testing to support assay validation
- Act as main contact for external labs, managing selection, audits, and performance
- Analyze complex assay results and guide resolution of data issues
Primary Job Requirements:
- BS in biological sciences or related field with solid lab experience
- Experience with PK, PD, and Immunogenicity assays
- Skilled in assay development, reagent testing, and data analysis
- Experienced in managing CROs and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Proficient in lab documentation and cross-functional collaboration
- Organized, safety-focused, and adaptable in fast-paced settings
