Location: Cambridge, MA (Onsite)
Job Overview: We’re seeking a highly motivated Senior Research Associate to join our clients’ fast-paced Discovery team.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Run in vitro, biochemical, and cell-based assays for RNA-modifying oligonucleotides.
- Isolate and analyze RNA/protein using Western blot, qPCR, NGS, MSD and ELISA.
- Collaborate across teams to plan and execute experiments efficiently.
- Maintain detailed electronic lab records and prepare study summaries.
- Support lab operations and ensure safety and documentation compliance.
Primary Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in a life sciences field with 3+ years of industry lab experience.
- Skilled in biochemical assays specifically RT-qPCR, ELISA, MSD, and Western blot.
- Familiar with handling animal tissues and performing necropsy procedures.
- Proficient in aseptic techniques and plate-based formats (96-/384-well).
- Strong documentation habits and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Practical knowledge of assay development
