Contractor, Sr. Scientist, Biochemistry

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Scientist or Senior Scientist to join our Translational Research team focused on rare disease drug discovery. You’ll lead biochemical and biophysical assay development, collaborate across disciplines, and help identify novel small molecule modulators.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute biochemical/biophysical assays (e.g., ITC, NMR, SPR)
• Engineer protein constructs and troubleshoot assay challenges
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and CROs
• Analyze data and communicate findings clearly
• Maintain detailed experimental records

Qualifications:

• PhD in Biochemistry or related field, or BS/MS with relevant industry experience
• Strong background in protein science and enzymatic assay development
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience in structural biology and drug discovery preferred
