Operations Contractor, Translational Medicine & Integrated Research -2844919

Location: Cambridge, MA (Hybrid)

Focus: Development Operations

Job Overview: Support operational functions across Translational Medicine and Integrated Research, including sample tracking, data management, vendor coordination, and process improvement. Collaborate with lab, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of development activities.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain biological sample tracking systems (onsite/offsite)
• Support data entry, documentation, and digital workflows
• Manage vendor onboarding and purchase orders
• Organize lab samples and ensure biosafety compliance
• Create tracking tools and dashboards for project visibility
• Assist project management across cross-functional teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field
• 3+ years of industry experience
• Familiarity with lab environments and web-based data systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with specimen handling and inventory preferred
• Available for occasional onsite work in Cambridge
