Join a mission-driven team focused on advancing cancer therapies. We're seeking a Travel and Expense Specialist to manage global Concur expense reporting, ensure policy and regulatory compliance, and support internal teams with travel and audit needs.

Responsibilities:

• Process and audit employee expense reports (US and international)
• Respond to travel and expense inquiries
• Ensure compliance with Aggregate Spend (Sunshine Act)
• Liaise with preferred travel agency
• Assist with audits and reporting requirements

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Concur/Travel online experience
• Associate degree required
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Experience in pharma/biotech preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
