Our Waltham based pharmaceutical client is seeking a Medical Publications Manager to join their Medical Affairs team. This role will oversee the development and execution of high-quality scientific publications across the product portfolio, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute strategic publication plans.
- Coordinate review, approval, and submission of manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and presentations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure quality and compliance.
- Maintain publications repository and support publication strategy meetings.
- Ensure adherence to ICMJE and GPP guidelines.
Qualifications
- PharmD or PhD in Health Sciences preferred; Bachelor’s/Advanced degree considered.
- 1–2 years of pharmaceutical publications or vendor experience.
- Strong knowledge of publication guidelines, compliance, and clinical trial processes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Oncology experience strongly preferred.
