For over two decades Jeff has been a key influencer and active contributor to the Boston/ Cambridge BioPharma Drug Development community. Jeff oversees recruiting and growth initiatives and leads Stratacuity’s Technical Operations Team in permanent placement focused on leadership roles within CMC including roles in Process Development, Analytical Development and Formulation Development along with layers of leadership within QA, QC, Validation, Supply Chain and MS&T.

Having operated a recruiting desk for over 20 years, Jeff understands what it takes to overcome the challenges of talent acquisition in the competitive Drug Development arena. Formerly a bench scientist himself, Jeff is uniquely positioned to understand his client’s needs. Jeff is a passionate supporter of rare diseases and an active member of MassBio. He’s frequently involved in various local and national biotech networking events.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys life on the seacoast with his wife and 3 boys. He’s a lifelong competitive sailor an avid skier and enjoys fishing on the coast of Maine.
