Victoria Baker is a member of Stratacuity’s perm placement team and handles searches in Research & Discovery. Victoria’s drive, passion, upbeat personality and proven ability to foster collaborative relationships make her a key asset to the Stratacuity team. She enjoys working with scientists and professionals in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry as she relates to the passion they hold for their jobs and is most fulfilled when helping people to grow professionally. Furthermore, knowing her candidates are working toward finding a cure to diseases which impact so many peoples lives, inspires her. Her vision and ability to nurture relationships lead to long-term solutions and success for all candidates she works with.

When not at work, Victoria enjoys yoga, hiking, traveling and being by the water.
